PLASTIC AND RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY

Our Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Center offers service with a wide range of treatment options that include new-generation laser technology, cosmetic surgery, microsurgery and nonsurgical procedures performed by our experienced surgeons and specially trained team who aim to provide comfort to patients with personal treatment programs.

Aesthetic plastic surgery includes surgical and nonsurgical procedures that enhance and reshape structures of the body to improve an individual’s appearance and confidence. Healthy individuals with a positive outlook and realistic expectations are ideal candidates for cosmetic procedures. Plastic surgery is a personal preference, and plastic surgery procedures are performed by our surgeons in accordance with the patient’s aesthetical and functional examination. However, these procedures should not be performed to meet someone else’s expectations or to fit an ideal image.

Reconstructive surgery is performed to treat the body structures affected aesthetically or functionally by congenital defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumours or diseases. Though reconstructive surgery is usually performed to improve function and ability, it may also be performed to achieve a more typical appearance of the affected structure.

Methods Used in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Procedures:

Maxillofacial and Craniofacial Surgery: It refers to a group of procedures used to repair the abnormalities through separation of facial and cranial bones from the head.

Microsurgery: It is a technique that allows the small arteries and veins to be carried to distant regions through a procedure performed to suture them together and that allows the surgeon to suture the severed parts of the body again in their previous location.

Tissue Injections: These procedures, in which the body tissues are injected into the parts with a hole and deficiency to correct them through an injector and special needles without any incision and scar, are effectively performed in our hospital.
