Environmental Policy

  • While working with a high-quality service approach in line with its mission and vision, Emsey Hospital fulfills its duties with respect, sensitivity, and responsibility towards the environment.
  • In addition to complying with all local and national environmental laws and regulations, the hospital also fulfills all environmental requirements within international quality accreditation standards.
  •
  • An environmental waste management plan is established by identifying the waste generated as a result of primary activities, ensuring that such waste is disposed of in a way that does not threaten the health of patients or employees.
  • In line with this plan, waste is minimized, and recyclable materials are separated. Non-recyclable waste is delivered to the relevant authorities for disposal in accordance with laws and regulations.
  •
  • Within the framework of the Zero Waste Project, our hospital has established the necessary infrastructure and obtained its Zero Waste Certificates from the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate. With the effective implementation of the Zero Waste Project, resources are used in the most efficient way, waste generation is prevented or reduced, and if waste occurs, it is separated at the source, collected, and recycled.
  •
  • Accordingly, in our environmentally friendly hospital, thanks to the water treatment system, clean and waste water are separated, and waste water is used for garden irrigation.
  • To establish environmental responsibility within our institution, all our employees are made aware and trained according to their individual responsibilities.
