Visitor Rules

You may visit between 10:00 and 22:00. Different departments may apply different visiting hours. For detailed information, please ask at the reception.
For the patient’s health, please ensure that no more than three visitors are in the room at the same time.
During examinations or procedures, please leave the room to respect the patient’s privacy.
Children under the age of 12 may visit patients only if accompanied by an adult.
Live flowers brought for patients should be delivered to the reception in the lobby; you may send a flower card to your patient instead.
To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food or beverages from outside.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after visits.
If visiting is prohibited by our doctors for the patient’s health, please strictly follow this rule.
