Sustainability Policy
Our corporate values, core working principles, and ethical approach guide our performance in the economic, environmental, social, and governance fields, in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Our main objective is to ensure continuity of our contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals by managing our sustainability priorities in line with this policy and by sharing this commitment with all stakeholders.
Our Sustainability Policy is based on three main focus areas:

- Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources,
- Investing in new technologies to increase renewable energy capacity and efficiency,
- Ensuring the efficient use of water resources and developing/supporting projects that raise awareness in this area,
- Developing solutions and establishing the necessary infrastructure for energy efficiency,
- Supporting the use of renewable energy resources in our energy consumption,
- Complying with Zero Waste targets.
2- “PEOPLE FIRST”
- Implementing impactful social projects that contribute to social development and providing permanent solutions to social problems,
- Evaluating the environmental and social impacts of our activities to ensure the protection of public health,
- Increasing employee engagement and well-being by creating a safe and supportive working environment for personal development,
- Preventing all forms of discrimination in the workplace and ensuring equal rights in recruitment, career management, compensation, and performance evaluation,
- Supporting women’s empowerment by promoting their employment and active qualified participation at all levels of the workplace.

- Utilizing developing technologies and digital tools to provide our stakeholders with differentiated services and solutions.
We are committed to ensuring that this policy is communicated to and understood by all stakeholders. This policy also provides a framework for setting objectives and is subject to continuous review.
