Emergency Medicine
The Emergency Department at Emsey Hospital operates 24/7, providing care whenever needed with advanced technological equipment and experienced physicians. Our primary principle is to ensure respectful, ethical, reliable, and effective intervention performed by competent hands in the shortest possible time.
Patients in the pediatric age group (0–16 years) are diagnosed and treated under the supervision of a Pediatric Health and Diseases Specialist, while adult patients receive initial intervention from an Emergency Department Physician.
From the moment you arrive, our emergency team assesses the urgency of your condition, fully aware that time is the most critical factor, and promptly plans your treatment. Patients are quickly evaluated and, when necessary, referred without delay to the relevant medical department, laboratory, or imaging unit, where their treatment continues under the care of specialized physicians.
When you call our Emergency Hotline (444 25 99), you can be assured you are in safe hands. We provide the fastest possible patient transfers using our fully equipped ambulances and, when necessary, via helicopter.
